Mentees

Mentorship Program

Mentorship is a professional relationship in which a more experienced person (the mentor) provides guidance, support, and knowledge to a less experienced person (the mentee).

Our History

IPERI has a long history of mentoring young health professionals from disciplines such as medicine, pharmacy, nursing, physiotherapy, and nutrition and natural therapy.

In the context of health professionals, mentorship helps the mentee grow in their clinical skills, decision-making, confidence, and career development.

Research

Networking

Access to a global network of health experts, alumni, and industry leaders through the HGP ecosystem.

Accelerates Learning

Mentors share practical knowledge and insights that go beyond textbooks, speeding up skill development.

Mentors can offer advice on career paths, specialization choices, and professional networking.

Reduces Burnout

Emotional support and encouragement from mentors can help young professionals manage stress and maintain well-being.

Encourages Ethical Practice

Mentors model professionalism and ethical standards, shaping the mentee’s approach to patient care.
